S24 Ultra Fast Charging not working on One UI 7.0

So after the recent july security patch update, my s24 ultra cannot recognize fast charging functions. I did check my chargers and cables which were all 45w and used them to charge my s22 ultra and it did fast charging (at level 2.0)

Im not sure if it is caused by One UI 7.0 but i do notice on july security patch, i am using version s928bxxs4byg1 which is different on the previous june patch i had. Both patches are one ui 7.0 and my fast charging works well during the june security patch.

Did anyone experienced the same case as mine? How did you resolved it?

I have an S23 Ultra. I was forced updated to One UI months before and it was the worst thing ever added. Poor and cheap UI design brought so many bugs in display animations and more.

They managed to ruin fast charging. I have to wait 4 hours to full charge from 30%, unless I use my laptop's charger for 2 hours. Mind you that 4 hours wait was from their provided charger with fast charginag. And YES, I cleaned the port for those who think my end is the problem.
