I imagine most of the rollout has been done by now- Go to settings- About phone- Software information- Service provider software version. What does it say?
As piper said, the update has been out for a while. You not getting it probably means your phone has an update problem. This is usually caused by using a phone in the wrong country or region.
If you can, send a screenshot of the setting johnz mentioned at the bottom of their comment. That should tell us where your phone originates from
