Not so REWARDING after all

Having purchased the S24 Ultra earlier this year, the reward available at the time was a pair of Galaxy Buds2 Pro and a SmartTag 2. My claim was submitted on 28 February and approved on the same date, my having provided the necessary IMEI and receipt details via the rewards portal. Despite clear information promising receipt of the reward within 45 days of the claim's approval, there is no sign of its arrival, and I've received no communication to advise of its delivery or even a delay to its delivery. I've also not received a response to a query I submitted about this via the reward portal. Is anyone else experiencing similar delays or problems? Historically, Samsung has always sent my rewards ahead of time, so this feels rather unlike them. #rewards

I'm still waiting for mine to be delivered also and so is my partner. When support do finally email back you just get told to wait till the end of the 45days there not very helpfully at all

Has the 45 day period expired for you both yet? Mine was up yesterday, so that response can't apply in my situation. Surely they didn't say that to you if your 45 days are already up?

It appears that due to the high demand take up of the promotional Samsung Buds Pro² Earbuds, and smart tag² there is delays. 

Two colleagues at work waited more than 45 days. 

Mine turned up just before the 45 days timeframe. 

I hope you receive yours soon @JudgeJustin  and @shaunsj

Call the promotions team on 0330 808 0106. They're open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

I'm in a similar boat, submitted my claim on the 23rd February however my claim wasn't approved until 5th March so still got another 6 days till the end of the 45-day period. No confidence it'll actually arrive within this period based on the comments I've read on this promotion however.

My 45 days is up today, I've had two dates where I'd receive them by which have both passed. The reward status has now changed to "still processing your claim" with no expected date.

Going to be a long wait for these.
