Wifi calling issue

• I use WiFi calling at home as bad signal in the house. It has stopped working I think possibly since update yesterday. Have been through all the suggestions on the support bot but still not working. Driving me mad anyone else had this problem?

I had to re-enable mine. Swipe down from top of screen and tap on the WiFi calling icon.

If you aren't able to see the enable option in the phone app, you may need to ask your network to reprovision it again.

It is turned on but not working and no little phone symbol at the top of the screen

No I can see it and it is turned on

Spent over an hour with tech support in the end the only option was a factory reset which I've done and still not working and having to cope with reinstalling everything now. Getting annoyed...

I'm assuming you have no mobile signal hence WiFi calling seen not to be working?

What happens if you use another phone to call yours? Does the call come through?

Very poor signal in my house one call today not cone through at all and several did come through but such poor signal could not hear me and vice versa

If a call can get through (even with poor signal) then unless you've got WiFi calling preferred it won't come in via WiFi calling.
