Help! Issues with calling

Hello,
Wondering if anyone is able to help at all. I have recently started experiencing issues with calling places, where they are unable to hear the first few words of my sentence each time I speak. However, when they call me back there are no issues in audio. Any help would be appreciated. It's literally anywhere I call, company, school, partner whatever, only when people call me there are no audio issues....
Thanks in advance!

Sounds like a Network  / mast issue / mast congestion to me @DomTT

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Thank you, it happens all the time, no issues with anywhere calling me but like the first few words of what I'm saying is inaudible, so it's rather difficult speaking to somewhere that needs my DOB or NINO!
It's not the phone itself you don't think ?

Is this happening on calls over internet usage or just cellular calls? Check calls on WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.

If it doesn't occur on internet calls but does on normal calls, I would say it's a sim issue.

Only happens when I use normal phone calls, i.e calling HMRC or the dr's etc, WhatsApp is unaffected, how can a SIM issue be mended ? Thanks in advance x

I would say contact your SIM provider directly. Could be worth getting a replacement sim.

For now you could try taking the sim out and wiping it with a dry cloth. Turn device off and on after reinserting

Okie dokie will do that and give it a go, what a peculiar thing to happen, doesn't warrant getting a new phone though right?

It shouldn't be remotely connected to the phone itself. Maybe try a SIM in another phone (friend/family's) and see if you get the same issue; try another SIM in your phone.
