Friends, is anyone using an electronic SIM? What do you think? Is it worth switching to it? Is there a qualitative difference or is it the same as a physical SIM card?

Not in a hurry to start using it or experiment with esim. Don't see, for the moment, sufficient advantage

@Styop I would agree with @arianwen27 , I have used an esim only on a test Device. There are pros and cons but I think esims are generally more secure but still not going to be fullproof. convenience and flexibility are advantages in being able to switch between different providers and can manage multi esims. However there are limitations and a number see the main advantage in being for travel purposes. The technology though will become more popular in the future.

A few options for the uk, with Sky though you need to firstly have a physical sim before you can transfer. Detail here https://www.simsherpa.com/networks/esim-for-uk-sim-only-deals
