S23+ Serious WIFI issues After Latest Update (One UI 8.0)

As mentioned,  the WIFI is showing full signal however is not work for apps or internet connection, unable to receive all message.  

The WIFI router is no problem for other drivces, even tried reset the WIFI & Networks many times for my phones including turn off : 

Intelligent Wi-Fi

Turn Wi-Fi on/off automatically

Switch to mobile data 

Switch to better Wi-Fi networks

Wifi saving mode

Prioritize real-time data

Adaptive Connectivity

I also tried to change the Google DNS and clear Cache still not work,but it's able to collect other phone's hotspot Wifi.

I have the same issue, only way I've found for fixing is to restart the network with Google wifi using Mobile Data.

Yes,  both in the same problems,  It's obvious that the phone is unable to stay with WIFI,  once change back using the Data,  everything is return to normal,  however it's made my data over used. 

( My phone is no any issues before update UI8.0 )

I tried restart the network & WIFI with Nest Wifi Pro - Wi-Fi 6E also not work.  Tried many ways to fix before come here to ask the solutions.
