  • I use WiFi calling at home as bad signal in the house. It has stopped working I think possibly since update yesterday. Have been through all the suggestions on the support bot but still not working. Driving me mad anyone else had this problem?

So what you're saying is when in that same menu (long press on wifi calling icon in quick panel), toggling the on and off button doesn't reveal the calling preference menu option? I'd like to see a screenshot of that please.

You're in the wrong menu. You need to do it via the quick panel. Swipe down from top of screen>long press on WiFi calling icon. In the next screen ensure toggle button is on and you will see the calling preference option. Tap on this and choose wifi preferred.1712254369569_1712254369562_0.jpg1712254462577_1712254462572_0.jpg1712254506280_1712254506272_0.jpg

Unfortunately that makes no difference, the option that used to be there just does not show1712254642905.jpg

That's unexpected behaviour. I'd recommend a full factory reset (again). However, 1st try wiping the cache partition

You will need to plug into a working device or pc/laptop.

But I did the partition wipe before I did the factory reset earlier so can't see it would do it a second time? Just got most of the settings back to preference

To be fair the reset you did should of fixed this, unless you've used a corrupted back up. In which case I'd do the partition wipe again just in case and it literally takes 5 minutes to do. You won't lose any data.
If that still doesn't fix it, then try resetting your mobile network settings. Settings>General management >Reset > Reset mobile network settings
If that doesn't fix it then reach out to your network provider and double check wifi calling is provisioned at their end. They may even be able to identify any SIM card issues and send you out a new one.
If that doesn't fix it then the only option is to pop into a Samsung service store and let them look at it.
