WiFi Calling option not showing up on 02 UK

I purchased my phone from Samsung and them purchased an eSIM only contract from 02. I had been with them before this on a different Samsung phone using a physical sim.

I don't see the option for WiFI Calling, which Ibhad on my previous phone. After just under 2 years, I have only just realised it is missing. I have previously enabled WiFI Calling with 02 for my last phone.

According to Google's Gemini AI, in most cases the phone should get the required details from the SIM and I should not need the O2 firmware, which I don't have.

Is that correct? If it is, what is going wrong?

Thanks

You need to reach out to O2 and ask them to enable WiFi calling then it should show.

Pull down from top, quick access menu, WiFi calling. Press to light it up and it turns on but the icon will not show on the top bar.
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

You can either turn on WiFi calling by contacting O2 or via the My O2 app
