Wifi Calling S23 Ultra

Hopefully someone here can help! I'm located in the USA.

I have an S23 Ultra:

Bought new, unlocked from Amazon

Carrier is Visible, with a physical sim card

But...

Cannot find WiFi Calling anywhere on this device!

Phone - Settings - nope

Settings - Connections - nope

Contacted Visible and they confirmed it is activated on their end. They recommended I reach out to Samsung to get a direct update to my phone.

This is a uk forum, so we might not be super helpful for an american user. Try using the american forum.

Though we'll of course still try. You're sure it's not already on? Sometimes the option is hidden and permanently enabled.

Try rebooting your phone, try clearing the cache partition. You could also try "reset all mobile network settings"

Ah, I was reading through different forums here and didn't realize it was uk. Thank you for pointing that out.

From everything I can see, there should be a feature to toggle Wifi Calling on and off. But I see no setting. Service is horrible at my house. So between calls dropping and no toggle feature, I conclude something is missing.

I did multiple rebooting attempts (airplane mode, take sim card out, etc) and resetting mobile network without luck. I haven't tried clearing the cache partition - will try.

Whatever you got from amazon  has firmware that's not compatible with your service provider.

In phone app, select 3 dots top right of screen, select settings, wifi calling switch is about 2/3rds of the way down options
