Samsung Galaxy S23 - EUX CSC - No firmware updates since May 2023

Hi all

I changed my CSC over to EUX and downloaded the latest firmware from sammobile in May. They oddly have the outdated May update as their last update available on their website. Since then there have been 3 updates released by Samsung (https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-S911B/EUX/doc.html) and every time I manually check for updates on my phone it says my software is up to date. I've tried safe mode and using the samsung windows desktop application - both which say my software is up to date.

Anyone come across this issue/behaviour before? How do I go about getting the latest August update to roll through to my phone? Stuck on May and bit concerned with not receiving the latest security these patches they provide in the update.

Yes that's because all those sites have been unable to download the latest EUX firmware. It seems like it was working up until May for EUX then all the updates have stopped since May. This is consistent with all the websites. It's also unable to download the latest using the tool I have:

However the samsung website shows all their official releases: https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-S911B/EUX/doc.html

I could change it to BTB and get all the latest updates but I want the latest EUX as that's the CSC that gets shipped when bought directly from the samsung store.

The only thing I can suggest is reaching out to customer support, in that case.

Why do you say so? Like why can't I get the latest EUX updates?

Because I done the same on my s21 and s22, and I was never able to get otas again no matter what I tried, so now that I have s23 I will not change csc, not sure why this happens bud

Odd, I changed the CSC on my Samsung S21 from VGR to BTU and there were no problems updating to the latest firmware as and when they were released.

But let me give some more info. If I change my CSC to BTB I will get all the latest updates as those firmwares are all downloadable from the Samsungs FUS - there's no error code that shows up when trying to download. However EUX always returns a HTTP 400/401. This is why all the websites that offer these images (sammobile/samfw) haven't been updated since May for EUX (I guess when samsung changed something their end), as they themselves are facing the same issues. It's only a problem with this specific CSC.

I shall have a dig around and see what I can pull up, I'll factory reset my old phone and flash original firmware on s22 see if that kicks the ota in first
