Samsung Galaxy S23 - EUX CSC - No firmware updates since May 2023

Hi all

I changed my CSC over to EUX and downloaded the latest firmware from sammobile in May. They oddly have the outdated May update as their last update available on their website. Since then there have been 3 updates released by Samsung (https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-S911B/EUX/doc.html) and every time I manually check for updates on my phone it says my software is up to date. I've tried safe mode and using the samsung windows desktop application - both which say my software is up to date.

Anyone come across this issue/behaviour before? How do I go about getting the latest August update to roll through to my phone? Stuck on May and bit concerned with not receiving the latest security these patches they provide in the update.

This is only a problem on EUX CSC code for the S23 range ... not sure about the other devices though!

Do you remember which CSC you loaded in May? Did you try to go back to that csc via samfw and then try OTA?

I have Samsung S23 Ultra.

i changed the CSC code through a pc app, i forgot the name of it. since then i am not getting OTA updates. I flashed the September firmware via Odin. Worst of all, I forgot what my original CSC was. How do I find out? What firmware should I flash to get OTA updates in the future?

I had the same problem, updating the fw to a different zone from my phone and nothing changed. I was trying to change from the CSC from UPO to ZTO and I could not solve it. After the install it maintain UPO.
But i found the secret code to change the CSC without have to install new firmware.
Just dial *#272*IMEI_Number#

Then select your new zone, the phone will install and erase you data. It works now!
