S23 ultra not working on samsung apps

Recently brought a refurbished s23 ultra, however Samsing health and Samsung pass won't work. The phone also can't do software updates. Does anyone know what I can try please? I have done another factory reset but unfortunately that didn't help. 

When I try and open the apps it states 'can't open app'.

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community.

Very first thing to do is
Open the Settings app on your Samsung phone.
• Go to About phone
• Scroll down and tap on Software information.
• Look for Service provider software version.
• The last three letters of this version code are the CSC code.

Is it a UK based phone (assuming where you're posting from)

If no- return the device where you bought it from.

It seems you've been sold defective device regardless....Id return it. You shoudnt have to troubleshoot a phone you've just bought

Thank you for your reply! Yeah I am from the UK, I have done what you said that this is what shows?

Yeah I'm really disappointed as paid alot of money for the phone so will definitely be returning if I can solve the issue.

I woudnt share that screenshot...just in case.

Your phones CSC seems to be correct- European.

Honestly- Id suggest returning. Normally id give a bunch of troubleshooting but you really shoudnt have to with a new phone

So is there anything I can try or do I need to send it back?

Being you've already attempted a factory reset.... I would return it

Someone has a similar issue and it has a solution. Should be same steps
