Recently brought a refurbished s23 ultra, however Samsing health and Samsung pass won't work. The phone also can't do software updates. Does anyone know what I can try please? I have done another factory reset but unfortunately that didn't help.
When I try and open the apps it states 'can't open app'.
Very first thing to do is Open the Settings app on your Samsung phone. • Go to About phone • Scroll down and tap on Software information. • Look for Service provider software version. • The last three letters of this version code are the CSC code.
Is it a UK based phone (assuming where you're posting from)
If no- return the device where you bought it from.
It seems you've been sold defective device regardless....Id return it. You shoudnt have to troubleshoot a phone you've just bought
