I joined the One UI 7 beta and it looked great a few tweaks are needed. Animations were a bit sluggish (to be expected for a beta), and there were a few issues with AOD.
However, with only a couple of updates during the beta, I was not sure what to expect at the end.
But oh boy, was I surprised! My phone feels like it's flying now after the official release.
Noticed a really good improvement in Galaxy AI, especially in sketch-to-image. The images look way more realistic than cartoony; the eraser fills gaps so much better, I can't even tell there was something else there now, and I'm loving it. I liked that it showed three different sketches to choose from, as now it's just one, but I guess I will live with that lol π

One thing I'm not a big fan of is the new lock screen card notifications. I liked the old way where it just showed the app icon and not full message details (I know I can make them not show the message or put them back to icons, but I don't like them up on top and I also like to be able to tap the app to show me the content and then go back to just the icon).
The new customizations are amazing; you can do almost anything you want with your phone now, and the options are endless and sleeker.
Overall, it's amazing. I'm excited and looking forward to seeing what One UI 8 brings. I hope it doesn't take so long to get it this time. π π€£
I'm looking forward to new languages being brought to Galaxy AI translation, especially Bulgarian, and I also hope to see visual voicemail soon in the phone app, where you can listen to your messages without phoning (I've seen it on an iPhone, and it's a lovely feature). New charging animations would be great, even via the Good Lock app, and fingerprint look customization.
Not a big show-off, but this is my home screen. Not the best, but I like it. lol π
P.S. Not the best review, and my typing is improving but hope im getting there.Who knows, one day I may get to member Star level and be able to try and review new tech. lol π π π€£
