Locked notes have vanished

Hi, looking for help.

Ive an S23 ultra and upgraded to latest software just last week.

I just went to open one of my locked notes with biometrics and as it opened it took me back the the maine notes screen with a comment at the bottom saying something along the lines of 'corrupted file'. Now all my locked noted have disappeared and i cant find them anywhere. They have also disappeared from my samsung tablet.

They are not in the trash folders. Ive went to settings, account & backup, samsung cloud restore data and Notes is not there to restore. 

Any help would be great

Were the notes backed up regularly? If yes, remove notes and reinstall. Sync with Samsung backup

@Brucie90: If you open the Notes app and tap the 3 lines in the top left, is 'All notes' visible at the top of the pop-up window? If not, try tapping on 'Folders' (located below the Recycle bin) to see if the affected notes are visible in any separate folders. 

I also recommend tapping the Home button > Swipe up from your Home screen > Samsung (folder) > My Files > Tap the magnifying glass at the top of the screen > Manually search for the missing Note(s) from here.

Tried all of these and unfortunately hasnt worked

The notes were backed up. I tried going in through setting, accounts & backups and clearing cache and data. This deleted all of my notes. I hit restore and all came back minus the locked apps
