Hi people. I purchased an s23 a month ago now got approved for my claim the same day, yet I'm still waiting to receive my earbuds and cashback. Anyone know if I can contact someone about it.

I'm on day 46 still no £100. Got the buds fine about 3 weeks ago. Don't want disney anyway. Samsung told me they have a delay on the payments and its coming from a 3rd party.

 0330 808 0039 is a number for the Samsung promotions team.

Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. I intend to call them again tomorrow to escalate.

Yes I have checked it and says still processing. I have emailed the team twice and no help at all. I have recieved buds and Disney but no cashback, I brought direct of Samsung so what's the cashback hold up?? Gone the 45 days!! Looks like I'm not the only one not receiving it though !

How long was it till you guys received your buds im nearly 40 days in now and haven't heard anything about it.

I got the buds in about 2 weeks .

But day 47 no £100. I've emailed several times and called three times. I'm not being given a time frame other than " soon "
