Has anyone had anything to do with these, id think very long and hard about getting this insurance, 

Two weeks ago i made a claim for a broken screen on my S23 Ultra, they accepted the claim and i had to pay them £59 excess to which i did,  DPD collected the phone and duly took it to wherever. 

Three days later i recieved an email asking for me to call the repair company. I did this and the woman on the phone insisted i had to pay them £35 to inspect my phone, to which i replied saying i wasnt paying them anything, She replied well we will cancel your repair as i had sent it to them. No i didint i replied sansung care plus sent you it, she then said that i had to go back to samsung and tell them to sort it out, She was canceling the repair.

So i called Samsung who put me tbrough to samsung care + and i was cut off. Back to Samsung sent thriugh to Samsung care again, put on hold then cut off, Back to Samsung and they contacted Samsung care + and the claim process started again, a week gone by, no phone, no repair off to shop to buy another phone.  Time ticks by

More days pass, no emails or calls to let me know whats happening with my phone

Called today to Samsung and a very nice lady tried to find out what was going on, i got put through to samsung care + once again and i explained i needed to know whats happening with my phone, put on hold , cut off

Back to Samsung, talked to an equally nice lady and was put on hold... only to again get disconnected

You couldnt make this up, im loising the will to live with this, 

Does anyone have the email for the CEO of Samsung  UK because he needs to know whats happening in his company

Certainly strange.
Last time I got a repair I wasn't charged for anything apart from excess
Might be worth a read through the terms and conditions to see what is said in this
Wonder if it's not the usual third party repair agent that's being used

Sounds like you needed to pay the inspection fee. If it's a good claim, I'm sure it's refunded.

I think the fee is for those that send I'm devices that don't meet the specs/rules and covers cost of engineers.

it gets better, the phone arrived back today not repaired,
