My S23 won´t charge when connected to my powerbank.
It shows charging the first 2 seconds, then stops charging.
Powerbank and cable used are OK because they work perfectly well on my S9.
is there some setting that blocks the powerbank ?
Powerbank is 20.000 mAh and specifications quote output from USB at 5V/2.4A

It seems a compatibility issue between phone and powerbank.
Tried another powerbank of a friend, and it worked.
My powerbank outputs from USB to C. Maybe that is the issue, as this powerbank can output from C to C

It’s the same issue with all A series and some of the S series, the phone apparently does not recognise it as a charger
