Stuttering video watching prime video, anyone else having these issues?

Streaming prime video it's a stuttering fest, anyone else experiencing this?

Is Samsung aware of this? 

I'm sure I read other users with similar issues, although this only started happening after the latest software upgrade.

I found that when I did smart switch from my previous Galaxy some apps had issues so reinstalled those.

I moved from an s10+, although I'm not sure if that would cause this issue, I reported it as an error to Samsung will wait for some feedback.

If you've not reinstalled I'd try that but sounds like you've got something hogging resources. Not sure if you tried the Samsung help but they can check your phone remotely when you give them permission.

Good luck. Hopefully something simple. I had issues with mine but think most are resolved through updates etc. Battery life has been really good considering I'm using highest resolution but I always have mine on dark theme.
