Stuttering video watching prime video, anyone else having these issues?

Streaming prime video it's a stuttering fest, anyone else experiencing this?

Is Samsung aware of this? 

I'm sure I read other users with similar issues, although this only started happening after the latest software upgrade.

I had a problem with live broadcast on prime but a prime update sorted that for me.

You might actually be right quite a lot of pending updates including prime, thanks for the heads up will give it a try 😉

Nope still stuttering and if I browse other things on the phone while watching it the phone gets really slow 🐌

Starting to think I should have avoided exynos 😵‍💫😨

You tube and Prime Video both running at same time. No stuttering.

Yes morning time I updated it, have you tried to run it on wqhd with natural screen mode and watch prime or other streaming app?

Also while doing it multitasking on other apps.

It's like the phone is going to explode everything drops in performance.

There is something wrong with this processor not sure if software updates alone will sort this out, considering returning this phone unfortunately 😕

Is that with wqhd natural settings on display? I'm just trying to figure out if there is something wrong on my settings

Sorry you can't see the prime pop up a blanked out by their media restrictions but it was an episode of Jack Reacher!

I do push the phone and do a lot of split screen etc. No problems since updating apps and today's update.
