S22 ultra battery

Hi everyone, so I've had my s22 ultra for about 2 weeks now and my battery life is appalling. My battery went from 90 to 15% with only 3.5 hours of usage and. I know there's something wrong going on here as I've only used it for browsing. If you can see graph and the dip its took. Can anybody help me out please as its getting a bit frustrating. 

(I've been told by Samsung themselves that battery gets better overtime. Not sure if to believe that)

Hi @MHussain97 

 

The battery does go through a learning stage which takes approximately 2 weeks to complete.

And the battery is new so it will take a few charge and discharge cycles to reach optimum output.

My Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra lasts me easily a day with around 40% left at the end of the day but battery screen on time / usage stats is a subjective topic as we all set up our phone's differently with different apps etc.

I.power the phone on at 5am and.power do

Also some who used Smartswitch to move their info over to the new phone have experienced different issues.

The screenshot you've uploaded , is.that all the apps you've been using ?

If not please screenshot using the scroll capture option and please include the status bar at the top of the phone.

YouTube vanced.is using Google quire alot of battery %

Sometimes third party themes seem to suck the life out of batteries.
I tend not to bother with them now. Just use Samsung Goodlock to customise my phone instead
My S22 Ultra is doing easily a day and more.
But mine was a bit inconsistent for the first couple of weeks. Once the required charge and discharge cycle was done, the battery really improved

I see your using social media apps quite often.

Can you show us the top status bar of your phone _ specifically your network signal icon.

Also Google Chrome is a known resource hog.which is fine if a person is OK with this.

Personally I use Samsung Internet.

So your network signal looks fine however I see two network signals so I assume e your using two sim cards in the phone. This will also use more battery as the phone is working to hold onto two signals.

This and what I've mentioned previously will chip away at the battery.

Also do consider looking at moving any relevant apps to sleep and deep sleep sections which will assist the battery.

Dark Mode will help too.
