After One Ui7 updation a vertical green line appeared on my device. Right isde of camera. CCustomer center didn't respond positively. Online center is saying it will cover only upto 3yrs. I bought it from samsung after prebooking. if they cant assure the quality of update, why they are offering uptdate after 3years. any of you facing the issue??

There has been some talk about a screen replacement extended until September 2025. You might like to point this out to the support team.

If its is happening following an official update, don't you think the company should have a solution. Otherwise they don't give such updates, if they are that incompetent 🤣

They are telling the time limit upto 3 yrs of purchase. I happened to.jave the problem after OneUI7, which was released after 3yrs of product launch. They offered 5yrs of updates at time of purchase 🤣

Hai MorningBlunt. Don't know what you feel about it, but Samsung felt It has to be repaired free of cost. They have done it. I received my device back with screen replaced.
