Please help

My s22 ultra will repeatedly restart when turning on and off the phone, but it works fine when I am using it, there is a green flash and then the screen shuts off and the phone restarts, I dropped the phone onto a wooden floor once, apart from that no damage. Is it oneui7 or is it hardware damage?

Seems like hardware damage. Esp the line.

I factory reset the phone and ut worked fine until I opened the camera app for the first time since factory reseting it, it immediately restarted after turning it off.

Sounds like to damaged it inside when dropping it on a wooden floor, just because it shows no damage doesn't mean it's okay. I dropped my last phone i had S8+ worked fine for a few weeks then died altogether, wouldn't charge up or turn on.
