Check with your sim card provider

Check on your networks operators support pages or with their customer services.

Phone App > Tap on the 3 little dots on the Rh side > Settings > Voicemail > Holds some settings.

It depends on what network you with, If you with O2 type 1750 then press call to activate voice mail on or 1760 to turn off voice mail,
