not receiving voice mail notification on S22

Both my wife's and my new S22's have no noticeable indicator that a voice message has been left for us. Any help in resolving would be appreciated.

There might be something useful in Phone App>Settings >Voicemail>Notifications.

send ur self a voicemail and go to the voicemail provider number and listen to it it happens with o2 most of the time I had Same issue then it will say turn off or on

I have been dealing with this same issue.  None of the obvious settings seem to address this issue.  It's not really cool to have a device with dysfunctional voice mail in 2022 (and no discernable fix online).

I have the exact same problem along with it not synching my calendar and blocking calls from my contacts.  Samsung blames Verizon and Verizon blames Samsung.  All Samsung will do is send me to some "U break it" place.  They don't even try to help fix it on the phone.  Very frustrating.  May be time to ditch both Samsung phones and verizon.
