Hi, my husband has s22 ultra same as myself. He is not receiving any notification when receiving text messages. We have been through all settings and sound etc is all set same as mine. Only difference is all of his texts he receives have a mute icon with line through next to all of the conversations. Can anyone help 🙏
Pull down your quick panel twice. Where you have the sound icon, click on the writing. It will bring up your sound settings. Make sure volume is up for notifications.
