Voice Access - Download English (United States) Required

My Galaxy S22 is set up for English (United Kingdom). No other Languages are installed. I do not use Voice Access so I have disabled it. Every day when I power on i get a pop up

Voice Access.needs to download a language update in English (United States) to understand your speech.

Cancel.  Download

I just hit Cancel but this is getting extremely irritating

If you go into settings > Apps use the search to bring up voice access. Block notifications for the app. See if that stops the pop up.
