Hi there, as mentioned by @Piper1234 can you elaborate where your phone bought from or maybe you know your phones CSC ( country specific code) you can find in settings it attached imagine bellow so you can check when it's going to roll out in your region 🙂 i know some people received it earlier then others but you have to wait but if you think there's problem you can always reach out samsung developers to report problem in app
