Update issues

I'm fuming have a s22 and since the update the battery lasts about 2 hours max 😤 I had tried various things and as a last resort a factory reset. Which then I couldn't get backed up due to an issue with that I've lost numbers (business) and other data 

I'm disgusted as it hasn't solved the issue 

I have friends and family who have older models and no issues .

it's normal to experience temporary battery drain as the phone optimizes apps and system settings in the background, which can take a few days

Try 3 weeks it was a 100 percent less than 5 mins ago currently 94

Do you have screenshots of the 2 hours max battery? Device care app shows usage.

Being a factory reset hasn't worked I would suggest reaching out to samsung support

That may be draining The battery
