S22 has constant playback controls in background

Since the 7.0 one ui update my S22 has faint playback controls in the background all of the time, even when apps are open. I've tried turning off all sorts of playback settings but nothing seems to make a difference, it's almost like they're burnt into the screen. Neither my wife's S23 or my S20 work phone have this issue, has anyone else seen this?

That's what I was thinking, but wasn't sure. Now I've read a bit more about screen burn I can see exactly how it's happened. Lots of driving, using Spotify, adaptive brightness would be turned right up due to the phone being in the windscreen. Oh well, it's due for an upgrade soon! 😂
