Can I report the AOD bug to Samsung to get them to update the app

Can bugs be reported to Samsung on Galaxy Store or something like on Play Store. My AOD still sometimes doesn't show when my S22 Ultra goes to sleep. I did uninstall the updates on the Galaxy Store but it still sometimes doesn't show.

If it's on the Google Play store then you after to tell Google app developers though the app support page.

On this app, go to the support section, press send feedback. There you can tell samsung about your issue.

Uninstalling updates probably made it worse, that's not something that usually helps.

For it not showing, is your aod set to auto mode or set to turn off at set times?

If you uninstalled the updates it will try to install them again which is recommended. You may find doing this resolves the issues.

Otherwise you can report it via Samsung Members App, Support, Feedback and hope the development team pick it up but (just to manage expectations) your device is 3 years old and will soon be out of support so you may find it won't be a priority.
