Today I faced issue after updating the software one ui7 . After updating it's keep on the crashing and boot loop several times . I am about to catch a flight and ticket is on the phone . I am not able to anything . It really gave the heart attack for me . I never expected something like this from samsung that is also on well known features and software. What type of development and validation they are doing . Keeping openly these many issues due to latest software . They are not even provided back to switch the Android slot of older version .

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

There are literally hundreds of threads in relation to One UI7.

Whilst others disagree, it is not a software issue otherwise it would affect all devices.

So you have a rogue app or apps creating a conflict on your device.

Wipe Partition Cache is your first fix to try

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!!

Always annoying when things dont work as they should, but this isnt a normal experience and something somewhere isnt quite right.

What troubleshooting have you attempted?

Firstly- go to play store from google and samsung store. Update all apps.

Clear cache partition.
Turn off the device.
• Connect the phone to a computer. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.
• When the Android logo appears, release keys.
• Use the Volume Down button to highlight Wipe cache partition.
• Press the Power button to select Wipe cache partition. • Use Volume Down to highlight Yes.
• Press the Power button to confirm the action.
