Hi, my s22 ultra just keeps restarting. It went too hot the other day after being connected to android auto. Then after, it keeps on loop restarting. When it actually loads up and it says phone is starting the screen freezes and goes back into loop restarting. I will provide links of the footage of the video.

Try holding down power and volume down until phone force shuts down again- keep holding for 30 seconds. Any luck?

If not When the Samsung logo appears, immediately press and hold the Volume Down button until the device finishes booting. Safe mode will be indicated

Are you able to plug the phone into a pc and enter the menu?

Connect the phone to a computer. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.
• When the Android logo appears, release keys.
• Use the Volume Down button to highlight Wipe cache partition.
• Press the Power button to select Wipe cache partition. • Use Volume Down to highlight Yes.
• Press the Power button to confirm the action

If not then I would say its time to contact customer support, may need a repair

Hi
Here's a breakdown of potential solutions:

1. Force Restart:

Press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears,

This action can sometimes interrupt a faulty boot sequence.

2. Wipe Cache Partition:

Enter Recovery Mode (usually by pressing and holding Volume Up and Power buttons when the device is off).

Navigate to "Wipe cache partition" using the volume keys and select it with the power button.

Reboot the device after wiping the cache.

3. Factory Reset:

Warning: This will erase all data on your phone.

Enter Recovery Mode.

Select "Wipe data/factory reset" and confirm.

Reboot the device after the reset.

4. Check for Updates:

If the boot loop started after an update, try booting into Safe Mode to see if a recently installed app is the cause.

If Safe Mode works, uninstall recently installed apps and try restarting normally.

5. Check for Hardware Issues:

If the problem persists after trying the above steps, it could indicate a hardware problem, such as a faulty component or a bad connection.

Consider taking your phone to a Samsung authorized repair center for diagnostics and repair
