CA certificate

Hi,

I downloaded total ablock for my mobile which required my to download a ca certificate. I have since deleted the app and removed the certificate from the 'user certificate' settings. However i now continiously get an error message stating the following. How do i remove this? And is my phone/network safe?

Thank you for getting back to me. I have restarted my phone and used a vpn and still get the error message. I also do not have a work profile on this phone
