Camera roll pictures missing

I have updated the phoenix few days ago, I went into Galary just now only to find out all my camera roll pictures are missing. I have no idea what happened, I bought this phone only to take pictures of my first child as the camera is good and now all the pictures are gone. This is very upsetting. I hope samsung ca help me get all the pictures back.

A software update shouldn't affect your pictures. I'm sorry to hear this has happened to you. 😔 

I assume you use Samsung Gallery  ?

Open your Samsung Gallery and tap on view all.

And then look to see if your photo's are still there.

Also tap on the 3 little dots in the top RH Corner and choose the select which albums to show.

Also in the bottom RH Corner press the icon with 3 lines and look ar the recycle bin.

If you use Samsung One Drive to backup then hopefully your photo's will be stored.

I personally use Dropbox 

It's always advisable to use some option to back up just incase.
