S22 Camera failed at the end of my tether!

Hi to everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this.

I have the common, camera failed fault but have tried the following,

1, cleared cache and data in camera app

2,removed all permissions from apps to use camera

 3,  factory reset entire phone, twice. also used in the most basic form before restoring.

4, took to a trusted phone repair shop who changed all cameras including front camera. they also ordered another set and tried those in case one came faulty, genuine samsung.

I don't know what to do next. the camera will open every 20-30 attempts, not consecutively just randomly opens when it feels like it and take pictures. i can sometimes open whatsapp  camera and take video calls.

I'm sorry to learn your experiencing these issues with your phone. 

Personally I would have suggested to use a Samsung Service Centre for the work to be carried out. 

You do appear to have carried out most of the self help troubleshooting steps you can do.

I don't think it's worth the money to take it to samsung. Just wanted to see if anyone had the same issue and a repair solution. Thank you for your message

Hi, no unfortunately. I am going to trade it in as faulty for a new phone.
