S22 ultra bought in canada wint update from ui 4.1

I purchased my s22 ultra from a Canadian retailer in Canada and its connected to a Canadian carrier. However when I contacted Samsung Canada to enquire why my ui is still at version 4.1 and security patches haven't been sent since October 2022, I was informed that it's a US model and that I need to get US tech support to help.

First question, how do I contact an actual person as the virtual route had been unsuccessful. 

Second question, is there on online location to download the software and force an update?

*devices are region locked. So if your device is different to your region it wont get the update- can you update it on smart switch on a pc?

D'oh! Thanks for the clarification.  I'll try the other forum.  Not even sure how I ended up on the UK one to begin with.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

You could try using Smartswitch via a laptop or PC and connect your device to it to see if you can pull updates through.
