I purchased my s22 ultra from a Canadian retailer in Canada and its connected to a Canadian carrier. However when I contacted Samsung Canada to enquire why my ui is still at version 4.1 and security patches haven't been sent since October 2022, I was informed that it's a US model and that I need to get US tech support to help.
First question, how do I contact an actual person as the virtual route had been unsuccessful.
Second question, is there on online location to download the software and force an update?

D'oh! Thanks for the clarification. I'll try the other forum. Not even sure how I ended up on the UK one to begin with.
