I keep getting emails to redeem my 12months disney+.
Clicking redeem takes me to the same form, i already completed and doing again says IMEI is already submitted.
The terms say "a Disney+ code shall be emailed within 28 days of verification."
No codes have arrived in my email yet, when i originally tried to redeem weeks ago.

I don't know what your experience with samsung customer service is but mine has been absolutely shocking.

I havent received any emails despite making a purchase of the 22 ultra and s8 ultra. I have tried to input details but told imei has already been used. Tried customer service.... unbelievably bad. Like others.. I feel this is a rip off.

i have had the same issue , it took ages for the phone to arrive and after signing up for the buds and disney + i havn't had a response on either.

I cannot even get that msg of getting an email later.
