S22 Ultra 256gb - keeps turning screen off when browsing?

Hi my phone keeps turning screen off when browsing. Have to unlock it with the side button.

go to setting , then display, scroll down you can see screen time out then click on 10 minute , see that work

Tried that no diference its mostly when scrolling.

ok try setting , then battery device care, then, optimise, then done, after restart your phone see that work, if not then I guess a reset your phone is a last option

Hi guys,

If you've not done so already, can you send error reports with log files within 15 minutes of the issue happening?

Samsung Members > Get Help > Send Feedback > Error Reports > [select error type] > attach a description and tick ‘send system log data’ > Send.

(Or: Long-press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen, and select Error reports from the dropdown menu, etc.)

The more good error reports with relevant info in them sent should help the developers identify and resolve what's happening quicker. 👍

I've submitted feedback on an error report. However it does not come up with an error code and I have searched in settings if any have been generated for this issue.
Let's hope this gets resolved asap 🤞

Yep. I'm getting the same issue.  It locks screen whilst browsing Chrome.

Same here, I only use chrome so not tested any other browsers but it has done it to me 4 or 5 times today.

Seems to happen as I scroll through a page it just goes black.

The only way back is to hit the power button this turns the screen on but also locks it.

Just a bug I'm sure but needs fixing ASAP
