Was working fine a few days after updating. Then on February 5, it was overheating more than usual, the screen froze (I was just browsing FB), then started to boot loop. I was able to turn it on, and it worked for a few hours. The next day, it was stuck in a boot loop again. Was able to turn it on a few times, but it would just freeze and start to boot loop again. I can't even enter safe mode. As of today, it is still in boot loop and I can't even turn it on anymore. Tried searching and it appears a lot have experienced the same issue. I think this will be the last time I use Samsung. My 5 year old Realme phone is working fine, and this 3 year old Samsung phone which was 5x more expensive is already broken???

In some forums, we are told that not enough phones are broken yet. Millions were released, but only a few were broken. But I think there are many of them. And it gets even bigger. And no one recognizes this problem. It's a horror.

I am also facing a critical issue with my Samsung S22 Ultra, which I purchased in August 2022. The device stopped working on March 25, 2025 (after 2 years and 7 months of use). The service center has diagnosed it as a motherboard issue and quoted Rs. 50,000 for replacement, which is unreasonable considering the problem emerged immediately after the March 1, 2025 software/security patch update.
This is concerning because:
I strongly believe this requires investigation as it appears the software update may have caused the motherboard failure. I request Samsung to:
How we can put pressure on Samsung is a question? They need to address this matter urgently as this seems to be affecting multiple users.
