@Piper123 Thank you for your quick reply!!
Glad that at least you responded, As Indian support not providing proper solution for the mistake committed by Samsung, I thought to take it globally. Hoping in the right help to get my device up and running with all my data back as earlier.

@JSRai Exactly right that is what i'm also thinking, I would have fixed the issue by myself but it is a core software update from Samsung official update ruined my device and data, so i want to take it to global level where other innocent customer like me should not suffer. or i get any help to get my data and device back.

Hi PaulM1,
Thank you for your response!!
Yes, it is very important for everyone that there device and data to be safe and secure after paying a huge amount.
Your colleagues in our region (India) are not polite and responsive as you, the entire Samsung team in India, from top support to the service center, appear to be trapping people to earn money, you are correct that the service center and Samsung support need to confront and remedy this But they were not capable of doing it.So i decided to search globally at least i get any solution from anywhere.

Hi JSRai,
I received an official Samsung update on July 5, 2024, and as soon as I installed it, my phone rebooted repeatedly. At first, I thought it was just an update issue, and the service center would fix it. However, they told me the motherboard was dead without any explanation and charged me money for it. Later, when I spoke with their support representative, I learned that they hadn't properly inspected the device and that they were requesting images from me in order to fabricate a report. which they likewise performed, stating that we verified and that you must pay to have it fixed without receiving your data back.
