Hello all
Just thought I would share the email I sent to *******. not expecting much but maybe if we all spam our countries we might get a response.
You can find your main email address at ceoemail.com
Good evening
I'm writing regarding a massive problem that thousands of mobile devices, including my own, have been experiencing after the OneUI 6.1.1 update. The mobile device in question is the Samsung S22 ultra, a flagship device from now three years ago, which cost me £1200. I intended to keep this device for years because I loved the camera quality.
However we are now at the issue, there has been a lot of traction online recently about the devices boot looping/bricking and overheating causing the mobile device to become unusable, I have tried extensively to raise this to the attention of Samsung and provided extending amount of evidence that shows this is a widespread issue, enough that two users in my workplace of 300 people have had the same problem within a day of each other, only difference with one is part of the screen is also broke so they have been quoted £100 extra to repair.
The repair quotation I received to resolve this issue was £300 amounting to a £1500 phone. As far as I can see it is only the Exynos chipset that is faulty, I have linked many forum posts, links to YouTube videos and news reports all mentioning this within the last 3/4 months, all pointing to the same issue. Please can you address this?
Kind regards
Sam
