Blocked calls

How do you block calls but not messages?

Phone app > select number > 3 lines > block

Unfortunately, it's not possible to block calls and not messages, once you block contact messages and calls will be blocked, although if you block number you can still receive messages from 3rd party apps like telegram, WhatsApp etc.

Even if blocked, messages, can be reviewed

The Blocked Messages go to a seperate area, in Samsung Messages,Settings-Blocked Numbers and spam-Blocked Messages. whilst I am not currently using it much the same for Google Messages.

I get so many calls from these numbers 🤣🤣. Luckily most tend to get blocked automatically. Without me realising

If you head over to the Phone app. Then settings > caller id and spam protection. Then, it gives you an option to block all spam calls or high-risk calls. I keep mine as block all spam and scam calls.

I don't bother blocking numbers.

If I don't want to answer it, I won't. Their expense 🫠
