Post update on Sunday, Galaxy 22 Ultra is permanently on Emergency Calls only mode. Originally, update caused all video files to play slowly. Samsung help went into my phone remotely and made some changes. The next day, phone call dropped and phone is permanently on emergency calls only. Samsung says it is a Verizon issue. Verizon says it is a Samsung update issue. Has anyone else had anything like this happen?

Thank you, I did. I reset every setting that there was to reset and nothing was successful. I should have worded my post better.

Thank you. I did try that multiple times as did the Verizon reps. I've reset every setting in Gen Managmnt. Thank you again.
