When opening Device Care and the “Optimise now” button is present it takes several tries until the “Great” message appears on screen and the “Optimise now” is no longer available. As shown on the screen recording video.
Is anyone having this issue?

It fixed it for less than a week. I do not know if it was @Ventor 's suggestion or the update. However, we are back where we started. It happens randomly and it is also random the number of times it takes to loop. At least it is not a severe problem.

@Reylob Hello again. To rule out, or confirm that the Device care app is possible to fail, repeat the first step Uninstall updates. Turn off automatic updates in the Play store and Galaxy Store. Use your phone for a few hours and check if the problem persists. Greeting
