Since the last software update. My phone s22 ultra constantly keeps connecting to my car and then disconnecting. I have managed to get a video, it looks like someone is constantly pressing the Bluetooth button on and off, all day long. I have called Samsung, I've done a factory reset, still got the issue. Samsung say, to clear cache on Bluetooth, but its all greyed out and unable too. Any advice before I throw it out the window. I have tried s21 and note 10+ in car, both work fine. S22 ultra all ok, till last update.

Thanks, I saw this but for me it also happens on Bluetooth connection and not on AA. It happens on AA but it seams it's relate with BT since navigation and music works and calls keeps dropping with that message. I wrote to support but they insist to do factory reset without getting error logs to their dev team that made this issue

Yes, this is not related to AA. Got a reply from samsung today, what to say to this?

Unfortunately, we can never guarantee compatibility with third-party products and thus we can never guarantee that it will work as intended.

But what are they providing then?? If I have BT devices, Samsung needs to provide either working update or no update. BT protocol has standards and rules and when they break something they need to fix it. Samsung cannot say to phone and car owners they don't care. If that's the way of working, Apple here I come and I will share their reply on all networks

Today I tested safe mode on my phone during a drive and bluetooth stayed stable the whole time. Could it be that the problem is related to an app? Could it be an app we all have that is causing these problems? Has anyone done a factory reset and had the same problem before you installed apps? I did factory reset but installed all apps from backup before testing.

I think I found a solution (at least for me). Go to develops mode and select Bluetooth Avrcp Version. If you have 1.5 default selected, move to 1.4. This means that Samsung made a mess with Implementation of the latest version which should be compatible with previous versions and it seems it's not... Try and tell
