Bluetooth stuttering while outside

Hi, im having an issue with my bluetooth headphones. When im inside my home or somewhere with a roof, the headphones work great, but when im outside and put the phone in my pocket (below the waist) the audio starts stuttering. if i take the phone and put it close to my chest the stuttering stops, so i think is something related with the signal, but just outside? because i tried leave my phone on the desk and walk around my house and it works fine, even being in other room.
another test i have done is outside, with the phone in my pocket if i put my hand over the phone the stutter gets worse.

i tried touching settings on developer mode (A2DP, AVRCP), forgetting and pairing the headphones again, reseting the wifi/bluetooth config from settings, but nothing fixes it.

my phone is a S22+, the headphones are Haylou GT7 NEO.

any idea what can i do? thanks for any help.

-----------EDIT

i tried my girlfriend headset (motorola buds) and worked fine. i checked the codec and they use AAC, and if i force them to use SBC they have the same stuttering. so my problem is SBC codec. the strange thing is the Haylou GT7 supports AAC codec, but i cant change it from settings. any idea why is that?

It might just be high interference where you are, though that's still a bit much. In developer settings, try changing the Bluetooth audio codec. Depending on what your headphones support, it one of the codecs might work better. Also if supported, try turning hd audio on or off
