@enda111: Please try restarting your device to resolve any software issues which might be a contributing factor. If the issue persists, unpair your headphones via Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the cog to the right of the headphones > Unpair > Toggle Bluetooth off, then on again > Place your headphones in pairing mode, select them from the list of Available devices, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection.
