Moisture warning on A34 phone glitch?

Does anyone know if the apparent glitch on phones after a recent update can be rectified? For the first time yesterday, I was notified that there was moisture or dirt ( which there isn't) in my phone and I could not charge my phone. I used the power button and --volume button to reboot and then connected a cable to charge. The phone fully charged but when I removed the cable from the phone and reconnected it later the moisture warning appeared again.

Several people on this forum have tried various ways to eradicate the warning, but nothing appears to work on my fairly new phone.

Thanks.

Can you also run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App @Newman4 and then send what you have with your feedback via the Samsung Members App.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks. The problem appears to be cured and I don't know why. The Samsung diagnostic tool identified the battery charging as an issue and the SD card ( I have a microSD). I managed to charge the phone by letting the phone completely discharge, plug in the charging cable, and then power on. Once the phone had charged up sufficiently, I decided to take the cable and microSD card. I then plugged the cable back in and there was no warning on the screen. Coincidence or what.

Seriously?  Do an Internet search on the port moisture problem and there are dozens of similar videos.  Clearly there is a problem there that shouldn't have to be solved via some amateur video doing who knows what to your phone.  There is clearly an engineering problem but no one at Samsung seems willing to fix it.

This is an old post but for anyone coming across this issue;

I've had this problem a few times with my A52 and despite having dried out the connector and tried practically every suggestion on the net, the error always still persisted.

It's like once triggered it just fails to clear again.

The only way that I've been able to successfully reset the error it, is by clearing the cache in recovery mode, as described below.

Recovery mode for A52s 5G - Samsung Members

When you reboot with the USB cable attached afterwards, no moisture error reported.
