So annoyed with samsung.  I bought my phone 2 months ago and twice been in as not charging and now and again moisture or dirt warning sign. Twice I've been on and asked stupid questions, stupid question so far have I had my phone in steam room? Like what brain dead ***** would take their phone into a steam room?  Any who the last time it was getting fixed I got in contact with support on chat who advised if happens again no to take it into the shop but to contact via chat as they'll be able to do something else rather than it getting fixed again.

Well well well a third time now it's not charging like it should.  So i contacted chat who advised will escalate this as not acceptable and someone shall be in touch within 24 to 72. Well someone did call me within 24 hrs told what the problem was again to only be told the only possible thing is to go in and get it fixed AGAIN!!!! I mentioned what was said to me and over and over had over and over again like a robot "sorry we need to follow processes and procedures and if they can fix it there is nothing we can do?".  So 2 weeks after getting the phone I got it fixed then 3 weeks after that again and now after 3 weeks again want me to go in and get it in my opinion "temporary fixed".  I said to the guy "so you expect me every couple of weeks to go in and get it temporary fixed until the warranty runs out" to which again like a blooming robot "I'm sorry that's the only solution as we need to follow procedures".

Absolutely pathetic

Hello @Members_77ws2dU and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members.

I'm disheartened to hear of the issues your currently experiencing with your phone.

May I ask was the phone supplied directly by Samsung UK ?

This obviously isn't the type of experience Samsung want their customers to have with their products.

Tech can and will fail sometimes however from what you write it does seem you have had more than your fair share of problems with this phone.  😔

Some use the terminology of having purchased a ' lemon '

If a person is past their initial cooling off period for a return of handset , then the only other option is a Repair,  unless the phone is Beyond Economical Repair.

In the UK consumers are also protected via the Consumer-Rights-Act-2015

This explains that the Duty of Care lies with the merchant who supplied the phone.

And if a phone was purchased via a Credit Card then you can ask them to step in via invoking Section75-protect-your-purchases

I wish you all the best with this unfortunate situation 😔

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
